Educational Philosophy
I believe that every STUDENT can learn

skills that can be directed into a positive and successful future
I believe in equity, not equality. Every student, parent, and educator
has their own unique needs that require differentiated support

That ALL students will develop the skills and knowledge to be
successful in higher education and career including the security and
confidence to make healthy lifelong decisions.
My Mission
To provide the resources and opportunities for all students to learn
and grow academically, physically, and socio-emotionally.
My Goals
Institute high quality instructional practices
Establish programs to support learning, equity, social-emotional
growth, and safety
Provide a safe campus with clear schoolwide expectations that are
supported by all staff members
Hold common and high expectations for learning and behavior
